We are currently designing a new home and are going for a less is more approach. Less space but finished with an attention to detail. Gone are the media rooms, craft rooms, playrooms, etc. But, when requesting a Jack and Jill type bath for my girls to share, my builder and architect both said each room needs it's own bath!
