Last week I was in Venice participating in the Design Leadership Summit hosted by Peter Sallick, Keith Granet and Meg Touborg.  The exclusive annual event has created a community among influential architects and design firm principles and provides a forum to learn, share ideas and improve business.  The camaraderie amongst the professionals and the lively exchange of ideas was truly inspiring.
